Ingredients
- 1 large white onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 beer
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 cans of any bean you would like
- 2 cans chopped green chilis
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- ¼ cup chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method

- Finely dice the onions and garlic. In a large pan, add the olive oil and begin sauteing the onion and garlic.
- Add the ground meat to the pan and sauté until fully cooked. Add in the dried seasonings.
- Add the tomato products, beer, and broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the beans and chopped green chilis.
- Simmer for at least 15 minutes before serving.
