1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
16oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
3 eggs
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
½ cup heavy cream, whipped (optional)
Fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or blackberries (optional)

  5. Add in the eggs one at a time followed by the sour cream, mixing well.
  6. Pour mixture over the prepared crust. Place into preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes or until lightly browned and mostly set.
  7. Remove from oven, cool for about 20 minutes before placing into a refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Cut into squares or rounds using a round cutter. Garnish with desired toppings such as whipped cream, fresh berries or sauces.
