These Easter Berries are a festive twist on a classic treat. Easy to make and beautifully seasonal, they’re perfect for springtime gatherings!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds strawberries
- 1 pound orange melting chocolate
- 1 pack of chocolate graham crackers
Preparation Method
- On the cooktop, gently heat the chocolate in a sauce pot on the “Simmer” setting, stirring occasionally.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Chocolate is hydrophobic and won’t stick to the strawberries if they are damp.
- Grab each strawberry by the stem and gently dip and swirl in the chocolate. Set the coated strawberries on parchment paper.
- Dip a fork in the chocolate and use that to drizzle extra details on the strawberries.
- Place the chocolate graham crackers in a zip lock bag and crush. This creates a super easy chocolate “soil”.
- Plate the strawberries on top of the chocolate soil, serve, and enjoy!
