Upcoming food truck events offer a taste of each New England state
By Lannan M. O’Brien
If you’re seeking variety, a food truck festival will satisfy your every craving. Burgers and dogs are just the beginning: the food truck craze has exploded to creative cuisine of every flavor, served on a stick, in a cone, and overflowing paper boats of every size. If you can carry it, it’s yours to enjoy, from loaded fries and tater tots to grilled sandwiches stuffed with mac n’ cheese. These upcoming food truck fests offer the best of New England fare and guarantee a good time.
