Coconut Grapefruit Margarita

When the summertime temperatures start to rise, indulge in this refreshing and citrusy cocktail, perfect for an afternoon on the patio.

INGREDIENTS
• Scotsman Nugget Ice
• 4 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
• 1½ oz silver tequila
• 1 oz triple sec
• 1½ oz lime juice
• 1 tbsp cream of coconut
• ½ salt and ½ sugar mixture to rim glass
• Lime wedges as garnish

DIRECTIONS
1. Rim the serving glass with the salt and sugar mixture.
2. Fill the glass with Scotsman Nugget Ice.
3. Pour the remaining ingredients into the glass and stir well.
4. Garnish with lime wedge and enjoy.
